哈溜，我是IG創作者A娜，目前在一間軟體科技業擔任產品行銷，主要負責SEO規劃。過去兩份工作背景分別在新竹小規模新創公司當行銷企劃，以及媒體科技業擔任專案規劃師。由於我過去在IG上分享過許多行銷知識，有許多讀者好奇我過去是怎麼踏入行銷領域，這篇就來跟大家好好說明！
內容大綱
找到行銷工作，無經驗從實習開始
在找第一份工作以前，其實我在大學有實習過，所以不算完全沒有行銷經驗。第一份實習是在台北小型新創公司，規模約 10 人左右，當時的學歷跟技能如下：
- 學歷：公立科大、商學院
- 社團：大二是系學會幹部，當過總召、活動主持人、隊輔等
- 工作經歷：完全跟行銷無關的圖書館工讀生
- 硬技能：熟練 PPT ，不會 PS 和 AI 、沒經營過任何粉專
有趣的地方是，我當初應徵的是「業務實習生」，因為想說自己不會美編軟體＆沒有相關經驗，應該不適合當行銷實習生😭
面試當天是 2 人同時進去，隔壁坐一位學歷不錯的女生。她有當過家教＆志工經歷，履歷也很有設計感。聽她自我介紹完，覺得自己沒什麼勝算XD
行銷實習工作，面試哪些題目？
這邊就不分享我怎麼準備面試題目，因為網路上已經有很多文章可以參考。加上我現在已經無法想出所有面試題目XD，我只記得 2 個比較深刻的：
1. 行銷面試題目：講笑話
雖然我當時講的笑話，不是特別好笑（現在聽起來也很老梗）。但坐我隔壁的女生，思考了很久還是想不到，最後就擠出了一個朋友的糗事。但似乎找不到笑點在哪，面試官就不失禮貌的微笑（你懂的），趕快進行下一題。
結論：因為以前系學會帶活動，我準備了不少口袋笑話。就算笑話不好笑，也要有緩和現場尷尬氣氛的能力（自己狂笑之類的，考驗臨場反應）
2. 行銷面試題目：企劃提案
「如果要邀請名人合作推廣品牌，不限費用，你會找誰？為什麼？」
這個題目除了考你對品牌調性、公司主要客群的瞭解程度，也想知道你有沒有觀察時下的流行議題、當紅 KOL 有誰等等。所以在面試之前，一定要好好對公司做研究，官網、社群平台、網路評價都要摸個透徹！現在網路社群流行哪些話題，也要大概知道。
最後，主官對我當天的回答頗滿意。
不過還沒結束！面試完還要繳交一份行銷企劃。以前在系學會寫幾次活動提案，沒想到這時候竟然能派上用場。正式的企劃結構我上網爬文了一下，除了活動目的以外，還有活動走期、宣傳內容等，作業也要求製作宣傳圖片！
當時我參考了全聯經濟美學的廣告圖。就是一張簡單的圖片，搭配一段文案。
「你想說什麼」比視覺更重要
所以我決定出賣自己的身軀，拍了幾張照片（有一張好像還有露肥肚XD）。文案就到網路上觀摩別人的作品，「照樣造句」後放在圖片上。🔺切記不可以抄襲🔺
整份企劃書我是用 PPT 做的，雖然我不會 AI 和 PS，但從整份簡報，就能看出我的基本美感和企劃思路。主管覺得我有創意和資源整合的潛力，就問我有沒有興趣到行銷部門。我當然說好啊！（算是誤打誤撞的結果😅）
無經驗，也有機會從事電商行銷工作
總之，不用擔心自己沒有經驗，就找不到理想的行銷工作，有很多方式可以證明你的能力，像是參加商業競賽、聽講座、實體培訓班、上網路行銷課程等等。

不會做的事，絕對有替代方案
就像你想學桿麵團，沒有桿麵棍，也可以拿空的酒瓶取代。當你還在煩惱自己什麼都不會，別人早就開始盤點身邊資源了！另外，也不要因為跟你一起面試的人，看起來很強就害怕，面試官想聽「你能為公司貢獻什麼」，而不是「你這個人多強」而已。
